Adel A. Dajani
A corporate finance practitioner with over 30 years of experience in Hong Kong, London and North Africa, Adel Dajani brings to bear a pragmatic approach to legal issues. The pragmatism stems from a long career in investment banking and corporate finance that started in Hong Kong with the investment banking subsidiary of HSBC and that spanned the establishment of two investment banks in London and Tunisia and a regional investment bank in 20024.
Mr Dajani’s international experience as a corporate financier and his excellent working knowledge of the North African market and investment environment in Libya add a practical dimension to the legal and operational assessment of any investment opportunity in Libya and the region.

Fadia Bakir
Fadia Bakir is a seasoned legal professional specializing in corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance, with a strong understanding of the Libyan legal system and administrative procedures.
She began her legal career working with the United Nations, where she gained valuable experience in international legal frameworks and institutional governance. This early exposure laid the foundation for her future work in both the public and private sectors.
Fadia later served as in-house legal counsel for BP Libya, where she handled a broad range of legal and administrative matters related to foreign investments, labor issues, and corporate operations in Libya. Her work has involved close coordination with key government entities, including the Labour Office and the Companies Registration Office, which has allowed her to effectively support clients in navigating the local regulatory environment. Currently she is advising companies on compliance matters, helping them align with both Libyan and international regulatory standards, manage legal risks, and implement effective governance practices.
